I agree that I have read through, understand, and agree that I and my student will be held to the Code of Conduct guidelines below. I also agree that I have reviewed the Code of Conduct with my  child(ren). I understand that I and my  child(ren) must act in a way that is in keeping with the Code of Conduct and that my child(ren) can be dismissed from a program if either of our actions or attitudes seem to be harmful to the atmosphere, other participants, or instructors at Future Learning Hub. I and my student understand that Future Learning Hub reserves the right to dismiss my child(ren) from the program or lessons without any prior warning for violating any of the terms of the Code of Conduct. Refunds will not be given for students dismissed for failure of the student or the parent(s) to abide by the Code of Conduct Policy and Guidelines. 

Students And Parents/Guardians May NEVER:

  1. engage in or threaten violence in-person and/or on-line;
  2. bully, intimidate, or harass others in-person and/or on-line;
  3. damage facilities, classrooms, or equipment for in-person programs;
  4. sexually harass others in-person and/or on-line;

Students Also May NEVER:

  1. inappropriately use equipment, including ZOOM features during a program or lessons;
  2. engage in internet hacking;
  3. sign up on third-party websites without the permission of their instructor while participating in a program and lessons

Students AND Parents/Guardians MUST:

    1. be respectful and conduct themselves with appropriate when participating in a program and/or lesson in-person and/or on-line;
    2. be respectful and conduct themselves appropriately when interacting with the instructor, staff or volunteers of FLH.

Instructors MUST:

  1. always engage with professionalism, respect and care to the participants in each program and lesson,
  2. be respectful with conducting the lessons and speaking to the participants in each program and class.

Instructors may NEVER:

  1. engage in or threaten violence in-person and/or on-line;
  2. bully, intimidate, or harass others in-person and/or on-line;
  3. damage facilities, classrooms, or equipment for in-person programs;
  4. sexually harass others in-person and/or on-line;
  5. inappropriately use equipment, including ZOOM features during a program or lessons;
  6. engage in internet hacking;
  7. wear clothing during a live ZOOM meeting or in-person that have offensive images or language.
